Orders

All placed orders are subject to approval. We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse orders due to inventory issues, payment glitches, or suspected fraud.

Orders process within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery takes 7-12 business days. Shipping costs calculate at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, and kept in original packaging.

Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Email customer support for return instructions.

Approved refunds take 5-10 business days post-inspection and are returned to the original payment option.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, processing begins and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
