Return Eligibility

Return claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered.

To qualify for a full refund, all returned goods must meet these conditions:

Be in unwashed, unworn, and original condition.
Be wrapped in their original packaging with all labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
Be in suitable shape for warehouse testing and resale.

Any items sent back without original packaging or exhibiting signs of wear, neglect, or alteration will be ineligible for refunding.

Non-Eligible Returns

Virtual products or downloadable software.
Gift certificates and store credit cards.
Clearance items and final sale markdowns.
Products broken or altered after delivery due to customer misuse.

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind, orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Please email us right away to request a cancellation.

Refund Processing

When your package reaches our facility, we inspect it to ensure compliance. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Note that credit card providers may require extra time to finalize the balance transfer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return freight costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Initial shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Our warehouse takes 2-4 business days to process orders. Courier shipping usually takes between 7 and 15 business days.
